I-CON 28 will be April 3-5, 2009 at a new location.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, after 27 years I-CON has to relocate away from the Stony Brook University Campus. From our humble beginnings as a student group here we have grown with the campus here, however now due to renovation at Stony Brook we don't have a home for 2009. The Sports complex will be undergoing major renovations and will not be available next year as a result.

I-CON 28 will be held at the Brentwood campus of Suffolk Community College. We will continue to utilize our current official convention hotel, the Holiday Inn Ronkonkoma as well as adding the Hyatt Regency Long Island as an official hotel. This gives us more than 90,000 square feet of function space in three facilities. There will be shuttle buses running a continuous loop between the three buildings making it easier than ever before to get from building to building at I-CON.

This new venue gives us the opportunity to make I-CON 28 our best event ever, and we look forward to seeing you there.
